Refund policy

1. Return Window

You have 07 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 07 days have passed since your package arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:


It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, items like opened treats, grooming products, or heavily chewed toys cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at [supportmodernmutt@gmail.com] with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit via a digital gift card for faster processing.

5. Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

Did the harness fit a little too snug? We get it! We offer free exchanges for different sizes of the same item. Reach out to our team, and we’ll help you get the right fit for your pup.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives broken or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
